He is an Insurer, Banker and Marketer with strong industry experience. Richard is a Chartered Insurer with Ten (10) years’ experience in the insurance and banking industries in Ghana. Richard’s career has spanned several companies in the financial services sector including Vanguard Assurance Co. Limited, Activa International Insurance Limited, Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana and Zenith Bank Ghana Limited where he has focused on Business Development. He has carried out several functions including Marketing, Underwriting, Policy Wording Analysis and Corporate Credit Analysis . As a banker, Richard has worked in corporate banking and as Head of Marketing over the years. Richard Ansong is an avid marketer with a passion for client services and has authored a paper on emerging trends, prospects and challenges in Bancassurance in 2010, using Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited and Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Limited as a case study. He is a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and holds a BSc. Business Administration in Insurance, from the University of Ghana Business School.
